OneScreen.ai 

is looking for a hands-on leader to own strategic finance and key cross-functional business operations that help us organize, execute, and grow. You will work closely with our CEO on everything from financial management and strategic planning to special projects. This is a key role that impacts all areas of the business. You will have the ability to directly impact and improve decisions and processes, and your work will increase the speed and efficiency of execution throughout the company.

What you’ll do

• Partner with the CEO on special projects and strategic growth initiatives
• Leverage strategic analysis to uncover optimization and growth opportunities, and own end-to-end execution
• Own operational/revenue metrics and KPIs to monitor business performance and drivers around margin, pricing, acquisition, retention, and customer segmentation
• Over time, build out and manage a team to hit functional and strategic goals
• Build and own financial models that guide operational decision-making for the company
• Coordinate the execution of strategic business initiatives and consistently produce results with minimal supervision
• Improve current processes around sales operations, marketing and product development
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and engineering to drive implementation of high priority projects
• Manage all administrative tasks across HR, finance, accounting and legal

Who you are

• You have at least 10 years experience of strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, and/or startup operations
• You preferably have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
• You are highly analytical and data-driven
• You are adept at making decisions with incomplete information based on both quantitative and qualitative inputs
• You are a superb executor with a proven track record implementing strategic projects from start to finish
• You are highly entrepreneurial and thrive in an unpredictable, fast-paced work environment with minimal guidance
• You are a natural leader with excellent people management skills
• You seek out and appreciate feedback while not being shy to share your own
• You love rolling up your sleeves and building things from scratch
• You take your work seriously but don’t take yourself too seriously. While technically a job, this shouldn’t feel like work because you're inspired by the mission and energized by the challenge.

• You have worked for a b2b marketplace or enterprise SaaS business 
• You have been an instrumental player growing an early-stage startup
