Head of Finance, Sales

About the Role
As the Head of WalkMe's Global Sales Finance team, you will be a part of the finance leadership team, working in partnership with our Sales leaders and their teams across the Finance, Sales, Marketing & Partnerships functions. Reporting directly to our Chief Finance Officer, your Team will determine our strategies to support customers and build a dynamic and profitable GTM function.
What You'll Own
- Partnering with our Global Revenue Operations team, you'll implement to a forecasting model applying drivers and data spanning from marketing to sales to implementation
- You will put policies in place following WalkMe's goals
- Identify and construct Indicators that provide visibility into department effectiveness and Goals
- Lead planning activities with the sales team to achieve ARR goals
- Forecast and manage revenue and expense for the GTM functions
- Lead the full sales compensation cycle including design and commissions analysis
- Develop a diverse team that supports the growing GTM teams
What You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business finance, investment banking, management consulting or private equity with at least several years of second-line team management
- Experience partnering with senior leadership in finance
- Experience with post-IPO growth at B2B SaaS organizations
- Experience managing Deal Desk function
