Microsoft Customer Experience & Success' worldwide team of reactive and proactive Support specialists live and work across 191 countries, supporting 46 different languages engaging in customer and partner interactions to drive digital transformation. The CE&S' Support Finance Team acts as a sparring partner for Microsoft WW Support business, a multiple billion $ unit. The experiences span from digital transformation envision dialogs with customers, to delivery of services, customer support and engagement, customer lifecycle involvement driving to customer success. The team partners heavily with corporate leadership groups and with various field communities at a worldwide basis.

The Support Finance Team is looking for an experienced finance leader to be at the center stage of the Support GTM transformation, focused on the Modernization of Support to provide offerings in line with Cloud consumption expansion. A very highly visible role, it requires to partner with key stakeholders: Senior business leaders in CE&S and EGs, as well as key Finance stakeholders across Microsoft. The position will report to the Support Finance Director, and be a key part of the team, contributing to making critical decisions to drive business impact and help influence strategic transformation. Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all proactive offering activities across Unified redesign, Enhanced Solutions, Partners solutions, Support transformation to Modern and any other activities related to proactive offerings.
• Key point of contact in the Support transformation to Modern. Partner with Support biz and EG Finance to help enable the expected business strategy.
• Partner with margin experts in the Enterprise Support Finance team to assess the impact of the entire support offerings portfolio in the Enterprise Support P&L. Work together to assess any risks/opp ortunities to the business .
• Work with O ffering biz team , Biz Capabilities team and Pricing/Monetization team to coordinate and monitor progress across all offering related efforts and ensure all finance related activities are completed.
• Provide support and guidance to Offerings Finance SMEs , coordinate with them all offering related strategic analyses and help them to connect the dots across the entire portfolio.

• Broker and drive r of discussions who ensures alignment between all stakeholders across Finance and the Business.
• Must be comfortable working with all levels of management and be able to critically evaluate and concisely communicate business issues/risks with conviction to business and finance audiences.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
  • OR equivalent experience.

• Successful history of working with senior leaders as well as empowering others.
• Advanced experience with all Microsoft Office Apps particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Advanced experience in managing complex and dynamic financial models
