Job Description

  • Work with management, cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to develop vision and define roadmap, timelines and deliverables
  • Engage stakeholders to understand existing systems, processes and contributors and develop improvement best in class and most efficient business processes
  • Promotion and demonstration of continuous improvement culture
  • Documentation of project plans, roles and resource requirements and allocations
  • Leading execution of projects by engaging resources
  • Keeping management stakeholders informed and engaging as required for key decisions that need to be ratified
  • Ensuring projects adhere to budgets
  • Ensure outcomes meet or exceed expected value and returns on project investments


Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting projects


Preferred Requirements

  • Master's Degree a plus
  • Experience working on accounting teams in managerial, controllership or other roles with oversight of accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, collections, payables, etc.
  • Experience designing and operating effective internal controls
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to support multiple time zones to work with regional stakeholders
  • Travel expected to be approximately 20% but must be available to travel within the US, Europe and Australia
  • Previous achievement of digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with global operations teams across multiple geographies
  • Strong process and project management skills/ability to manage change
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other business, product and technology teams and ability to lead through influence
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in accounting and financial teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; must be comfortable connecting with and communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization and in every region in which we operate
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while exhibiting strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience using project management and process mapping tools
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel Skills
