This position requires a minimum of 10 years of finance and commercial experience in a world-class best practices business service and/or Enterprise software environment. The Global Services and Partner Finance Leader will be responsible for driving/leading business performance by partnering with our Global Services and Global Partner organizations within our “Go-to-Market” team to influence and assist in all aspects of financial planning and reporting for both organizations. This role will include budgeting and forecasting, reporting of the business results, support for compensation related matters, and ad hoc analysis including supporting complex transactions, strategic alliances and/or executing contracts with third party vendors. This position will include the building out of business metrics and KPIs to measure the profitability of the Global Services business and the ROI on large partnership investments UiPath will execute. He/ She will ensure that management information is accurate and reflects the performance of the business. The Global Services and Partner Finance Leader will analyze monthly and quarterly financial results of the global business and prepare relevant reporting and insights to keep senior management informed. This position will have at least one direct report.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management/Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVPs of Global Services and Partner organizations.
• Develop and establish global metrics for professional services - utilization, average daily rate, attach rates, direct vs. partner mix.
• Manage Professional Services P&L (budgeting, forecasting, analytics reporting) both globally and regionally.
• Lead development of KPIs and dashboard reporting.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews planning.
• Help build processes to optimize Professional Services operations.
• Provide financial direction/support to Global Services and Partner organizations on all headcount, expense and key financial metrics.
• Represent the Company in external strategic negotiations and/or in external networking for business development or branding optimization.
• Monitor market and existing customers and partner risk and opportunity trends in order to grow and retain revenue.
• Stay abreast and analyze commercial activities and keep finance, operations and sales up-to-date to strengthen profitability.
• Enable a proactive and collaborative culture between Sales and Finance to obtain shared goals.




Reporting/Analysis

• Provide quarterly metrics for bookings, billings, utilization, margin, projected headcount, and more.
• Monitor, analyze and educate on value drivers of the business (Key Metrics/KPIs) for Global Services and Partner business.
• Review and ensure monthly reporting of business performance is accurate.
• Contribute to on-time monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts through analysis and insightful support, ensuring that all variances are challenged and understood.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision making and reporting.
• Ensure numbers have been rigorously reviewed before submission for quarter-end and year-end balances to support the audit process.
• Support and report project profitability and margin analysis for Global Service business
• Support and report quarterly external reporting on Partner business

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Proven and seasoned in financial planning, control, and/or auditing.
• Experienced with Global Services and/or Global Partner teams within Technology industry.
• Excellent financial modeling and control process design capabilities.
• Self-starter, action-oriented, has a positive attitude, and willing to work under tight timelines to achieve the financial objectives of the business under fast-paced uncertain environment.
• Able to quickly gain the confidence of the financial leadership, including individuals in Partner, Global Services, Sales and Operations.
• Able to communicate and give purpose to financial data simply and succinctly to non-financial managers.
• Participate effectively in a give-and-take decision-making process and be able to express professional opinions and recommendations with confidence and candor yet collaboratively.
• Hands-on work ethic and comfortable in a culture, which retains its small business style of informality in interpersonal interactions and communications.

• Enjoys multi-cultural interaction with a wide range of contacts internally and externally around the world.
• Required Business level of English skill (Written and Oral).
• US GAAP and Saas experience a plus.
• BA degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred. CPA, CMA, MBA helpful.
