To support Reibus’ rapid growth, we’re looking for a proven and collaborative Global Payroll Manager to join our team! As a Global Payroll Manager, you will own all payroll activities. In addition, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing processes and systems for processing, analyzing, verifying, and reporting payroll information. In this role, you will report directly to our Controller. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll operations and compliance as well as supporting process and system improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead all of U.S. and Canada payroll: Own semi-monthly multi-state payroll for remote and office-based employees in the US and Canada.
• Support global expansion: Partner with Legal, Finance and IT to establish policies, process and practices as we grow globally. 
• Keep us compliant: Maintain compliance with local, state, federal regulations, and international locations
• Be a payroll expert: Subject matter expert in researching/understanding new rules and tax regulations pertaining to payroll and stock option programs
• Partner with the business: Collaborate with other functional leads (including Legal and HR) to develop processes which ensure the accuracy of all payroll data including all aspects of record-keeping, withholding, reporting, reconciliation and auditing
• Manage all required reporting: Prepare and reconcile year-end reporting preparations, such as W-2 reporting

IDEAL BACKGROUND

• 5+ years in full cycle payroll experience, solid knowledge in payroll law and general ledger accounting required
• Experience with ADP Workforce NOW required
• Advance proficiency in Excel
• Supporting payroll for a growing global organization 
• Thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment
