INVISTA is seeking anexperienced Global Financial Reporting Manager to join our CFO organization in Wichita, KS. As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will partner with teams across the company to drive cross-capability solutions and deliver value for the business. What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Lead an accounting team with an emphasis on developing a culture of Principled EntrepreneurshipTM through talent selection, development, and retention.
  • Proactive leader in developing and advancing transformative reporting solutions (people, processes, and technologies) that create value for the business.
  • Own and maintain INVISTA's economic reporting structure with effective communication to Senior Management and KII.
  • Lead the company's valuation reporting needs and initiatives, including coordinating information with the business and other capabilities.
  • Develop materially accurate jurisdictional forecasts to support valuations and business strategies.
  • Project leadership and/or support on key business initiatives (e.g., acquisition diligence/integration, restructure, etc.).
  • Oversight for INVISTA's U.S. GAAP consolidated financial reporting, global statutory financial statements, and indirect tax requirements managed by KII leveraged capability teams.
  • Advance the Market-Based Management® (MBM®) culture by applying and reinforcing the company's Guiding Principles.


The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Leadership experience (developing a team, leading transformation, project leadership, etc.)
  • Experience preparing and communicating financial information to diverse audiences at various levels of an organization
  • Experience applying strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, including originating ideas, collecting data, establishing facts, performing analysis, drawing conclusions, and presenting a point of view to key stakeholders and business leaders
  • Experience collaborating across multiple capabilities (i.e., IT, Finance, Tax, Treasury, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, including advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • SAP or OneStream experience
  • Valuation or tax experience
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
