As FP&A Manager of Credit Cards, you’ll lead financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities for our largest vertical. You will operate as a financial and thought partner to the General Manager and leadership team of the vertical. You will enable the team to deliver on financial and strategic objectives through developing complex forecasts and analyses that will inform business decisions. You should have a high sense of ownership, a natural interest in continuously improving the way the business is viewed and a strong ability to communicate with non-financially minded peers.

What you'll do:

  • Lead financial and strategic planning processes (e.g. monthly business reviews, forecasts, annual budget) for Credit Cards
  • Develop complex financial models and analyses to create meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
  • Build trusted relationships with key business partners across numerous functions, including BizOps, BD, Marketing, Data and Product
  • Evaluate and advise on the financial viability of new initiatives such as product launches or business model changes and design KPIs to understand their success
  • Improve predictability of the business by continuously improving, automating and scaling forecast processes and methodologies
  • Identify and quantify financial or operational risks and opportunities to the business

Minimum Basic Requirements:

  • Has 5+ years of relevant work experience (FP&A at high growth companies, investment banking, or corporate finance)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Math or other related field

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Self-starter, intellectually curious and a fast learner with high standards for accuracy
  • Ability to build complex financial models for forecasting and analysis
  • Experience navigating problems with a keen analytical eye and creative problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates thought leadership with a proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and use sound business judgment
  • Effective communicator at a detailed technical level while having the ability to uplevel for senior leadership
  • Ability to maintain high performance, work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
