Job Description:
Pluralsight's go-to-market FP&A team is seeking to add a Manager of FP&A to join our team and help us transform the support we provide to our Chief Success Officer. Reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM FP&A, this person will work closely with the Success senior leadership and operational teams. We're looking for someone with experience in FP&A, financial model building, and experience coordinating and collaborating on various cross-functional projects.

What you'll own:

• Reporting and modeling of gross retention, professional services, and support key metrics
• Reporting on spend to budget, forecasts, and other budget-related items
• Components of our annual recurring revenue plan, forecast, and reporting (including models for both recurring and non-recurring revenue streams)
• Board of Directors presentation slides that pertain to go-to-market
• Ad-hoc modeling requests that come from the EVP of Success Operations

Experience you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or other analytics-related fields; MBA preferred
• 5-7 years in SaaS Sales FP&A, investment banking, or private equity
• Experience with Excel, GSuite, and Tableau (Anaplan experience a plus)
• Experience supporting and interacting with executives
