FP&A Manager, G&A and Compensation

The FP&A Manager role provides in-depth financial insights to support the G&A and Compensation functions within the Gopuff organization. As a strong financial leader, you will manage the budgeting and forecasting process, provide reporting and ad hoc analyses to support key decisions. As a key business partner, you will work cross-functionally to communicate various metrics and information to the business to drive key conversations as we continue to scale our business model.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of core FP&A process including forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, monthly reporting and close processes for G&A functions and Compensation for HQ locations.
- Focus on building foundational core processes including presenting impactful metrics and reporting to various audiences
- Directly partner with Senior Leaders, key stakeholders and business partners on core FP&A processes as well as providing analytical and business decision support
- Cross-functionally work with various partners within the organization including but not limited to HR and Accounting on all aspects of Compensation planning/forecasting.
- Accelerate the growth of the business by identifying and implementing process improvements and other opportunities focused on scalability on the path to best practice
- Manage and develop at least one financial analyst
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, Corporate Finance/G&A highly preferred, at a high-growth startup or well-established company
- Able to effectively present financial and non-financial information to various audiences
- Highly effective communicator who can build cross-functional relationships
- Experience managing competing priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Strong Excel/financial modeling skills
- Adaptive learner with keen attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Accounting principles
- Previous people management experience
