Our business is rapidly growing at over 50% per year! With the company's growth around the world, our Finance team needs to expand to partner with our Commercial and Enterprise segment Sales leaders. This new position will report to the Vice President of Finance, Field Sales and play a role in supporting the Company's continued growth and driving a scalable and efficient Sales and Marketing operation.
This is a new role and the ideal candidate must have Finance / FP&A Sales experience in a SaaS company. The candidate should have a history of analyzing Sales productivity and building business cases to expand investment.
Job Description
- Partner with Commercial and Enterprise Sales Vice President and Sales Operations on business results and ROI.
- Proactively identify analysis of the Commercial and Enterprise segments.
- Drive annual planning, quarterly and monthly analysis for the Commercial and Enterprise bookings and investments.
- Create multi-year models of investment, customer bookings and related ROI.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of FP&A or Analytics experience
- Saas business with enterprise sales experience required
- Demonstrated history of FP&A in Sales, Marketing or Go-to-Market Finance
- Experience with communication and presentations of analysis and recommendations to executive management
- Advanced Excel analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to develop and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
- Proficient in Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce.com, Clari, and/or other comparable software systems
