Job overview:

PST is currently seeking a FP&A Leader to support a $100M+ business that is a joint venture with GE. This position will be based in Indianapolis, IN and reports to the VP of Finance with a dotted line relationship to the VP of PGT.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Partner with PST's Vice President - PGT, and other functional staff, to identify operational and financial issues and implement corrective action plans, as appropriate across all sites globally (US and Singapore).
  • Oversee a support staff of direct and indirect employees
  • Monthly reporting on the consolidated financial results, forecast and variances on the ~$100M total business including:
    • Monitor and manage key business drivers of financial results, appropriately communicate business trends and results to senior staff, and oversee the integration of finance and accounting discipline into operations
    • Provides financial consulting and strategic support to business leaders, including financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons and customer driven projects
    • Manage business financial statements/reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including revenue, bookings and working capital
  • Liaise with shared services in Indianapolis to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for transactions in the business unit
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality functions to identify cost out opportunities
  • Accountable for optimizing working capital for total business
  • Assist senior leadership in developing growth strategy for the businesses
  • Responsible for validation and approvals on capital spend
  • Develop annual budget
  • Provide guidance to management on overall financial policies and regulations



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • 7+ years in an operations or manufacturing environment, experience within equipment manufacturing organizations preferred
  • Systems experience: Oracle financial system, Hyperion Essbase; Familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus
  • Must be able to effectively develop relationships and partner with the business to drive results
  • Must be able/willing to travel up to 20%
