What you will be doing
You'll be providing excellent customer service to our high value clientele who are customers of a world leader in the financial and banking industry. You'll be assisting clients with account and product inquiries and preforming account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts. You'll also assist customers by initiating payment investigations, maintenance request and fee reversals. It will be important that you ensure that service expectations are met and that you're able to establish a professional rapport with each client. Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as needed. Typically requires one-two years' banking or financial industry experience.
• Complete banking transactions and identify opportunities to market products
•Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of applicable products and services
•Participate in client loyalty programs
• Work with various internal and external clients and other departments to resolve outstanding issues
• Taking inbound calls in a high-volume call center and other duties as assigned
Start Date: 11/15/202
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (3 weeks)
What you bring:
• Prefer banking background
• Financial services or accounting experience
• Skillful writing and communications skills
•Must be detail oriented and have proven analytical skills
•Possess solid working knowledge of excel MS Outlook and Word
Added bonus if you have:
• Banking regulations experience
•Degree in Business or Finance
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Developing support level role, typically requires general education (not a degree) or vocational/on the job training. Follows established procedures and receives detailed instruction on new work.
Also, overtime work is an essential function of this position. From time to time you could be required to work overtime.
