What you do:Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, this role is accountable for overall leadership of the Capital and Product Risk area inside CRM, advising the executive team and/or business unit senior management on complex risk management and capitalization issues across all existing and new businesses. This role must collaborate effectively with leaders across multiple departments and operating entities on all matters related to financial risk management incl. ALM, profitability management, new product development, accounting and regulatory affairs.

• Establish systems and processes that allow us to be pro-active in defining financial implications of changes in the financial market environment, new products, regulations and accounting practices
• Train and mentor members of the risk team and provide direction within the scope of projects and other accountabilities. Serve as a leader in the evolution of risk analysis practice and application for the organization. May manage others directly or indirectly.
• Lead major development and design of financial systems, analytical and valuation methodologies
• Four-year degree required
• 11+ years' experience required
• Experience in Financial Services with exposure to Actuarial, ALM and/or Risk, Actuarial degree, CFA or FRM designation
