Financial Reporting Manager

West Monroe Partners is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to help lead the Company’s internal and external reporting processes. They will play an important role in improving and streamlining the existing reporting capabilities of the organization while providing value-added insight to key stakeholders. They will have the opportunity to work closely with the Finance and Accounting team as well as professionals at all levels of West Monroe.
This role will focus on continuous improvement of the reporting process, driving meaningful, and value-add change. Additional responsibilities for this position include:
- Measure, analyze and report the financial results and metrics of the organization against operating plans and/or financial forecast, identifying trends and recommending actions.
- Prepare financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for key stakeholders including the board of directors, executive leadership, financial leadership, and external and internal shareholders.
- Provide meaningful insight and analysis on operations of the business through identification and communication of key performance drivers.
- Support the financial reporting requirements for external lenders in accordance with a credit agreement.
- Assist in identifying and reporting on management adjustments to EBITDA.
- Play a key role in automating and streamlining reporting dashboards and processes across the organization by leveraging existing systems (Workday, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint) and implementing new systems as needed.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, process improvement initiatives and other special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
- Strong accounting fundamentals and financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate a commercial understanding of the business into accounting data
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management
- Ability to adapt to changes in environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously to meet established deadlines
- Demonstrated computer skills, with advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting standards;
- Experience with Workday a plus

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
