The Financial Operations Supervisor will directly manage a team of Financial Operations Reps and drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and automation within the Financial Operations Team. This leader will drive profitability by identifying automation opportunities and protecting gross profit on transactional shipments.

• Lead collaboration with Account Teams / Sales Reps, focusing on process improvement
• Lead workload distribution for Senior Fin Ops Reps and Fin Ops Reps
• Lead account/rep/team escalation management
• Lead root cause analysis, trend identification and metrics reporting
• Support and implement CIR automation opportunities
• Oversee and support all tasks completed by Senior Fin Ops Reps and Fin Ops Reps
• Identify client specific pricing issues, escalate to AP and Pricing for resolution
