Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to provide the organization with an understanding Onbe's overall performance. Main responsibilities include reporting and forecasting company results, analysis of key performance indicators, fulfillment of ad hoc analytics requests and collaboration with management to make thoughtful recommendations. We're looking for a teammate who enjoys managing large data sets and thrives in an entrepreneurial atmosphere passionate about driving results and strategy. Technical proficiency is a requirement as this role will work across several different data platforms and databases to help the company progress towards scalable CRM and reporting model.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards
- Extract insights from disparate datasets using statistical methods
- Assist in development of recurring financial reporting packages
- Prepare and analyze financial performance through the management of specific Key Performance Indicators
- Conduct detailed research and analysis of segment variances
- Analyze actual results and identify key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantify actual results versus budget and forecast
- Support quarterly board meeting material preparation
- Support, analyze, and assist in the preparation the annual operating budget including detailed support and analysis of the company's revenue
- Collaborate with Technology, Sales, Implementations and Accounting to find most efficient reporting capabilities
- Assist in the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools
- Find opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of recurring financial analysis
- Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement and implementation of best reporting practices
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
- Bachelors or better in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of related experience in financial analyst or revenue analyst role
This position can be fully remote in a EST or CST location.
