Position Summary:
We are seeking an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven person to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to help build out our capabilities within the SaaS (Software as a Service) segment of the organization. You will own a key role delivering financial and operational analyses, surfacing opportunities to innovate and reduce expenses, improve processes, and help take the business and finance team to the next level.
We are looking for a candidate that exhibits intellectual curiosity, driven to exceed expectations, and excited as we build a world-class FP&A function while partnering with accounting, operations, and our General Managers to deliver results across the organization. This position will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, analysis and management reporting. S/he must be detail-oriented and possess an owner-mentality.
Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain & improve, existing processes to ensure data integrity, and efficient, insightful analysis
- Manage and develop scalable financial processes that align and simplify weekly and monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes
- Sourcing, analyzing and reporting quantitative data; perform ad hoc analysis
- Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluation initiatives
- Assist in developing weekly/monthly/annual financial reporting (actual and forecast)
- Build demand forecasts to assist with inventory management
- Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to senior leaders across organization
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Education, and Experience
- BA/BS degree or higher required
- Strong excel skills
- Preferred: Business intelligence tools (e.g. SQL) and navigating large datasets
- Preferred: ERP experience - Preference to NetSuite
License, Registration, and/or Certification Requirement

Work Environment
Fast-paced, deadline-oriented office environment; currently remote through COVID-19. Then a mixture of work in office environment and and WFH (Work from Home) schedule. If not local to Spokane, WA will need to travel to corporate office minimum four times per year.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Up to 10% travel to meet with clients or potential clients will be required on occasion
