How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

The Financial Analyst functions as a key strategic analyst and advisor within the organization, assisting in all FP&A functions. Responsible for providing financial models and analyses to support growth of the organization and strategic initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Prepares analysis for weekly pricing review board to senior finance leadership. Evaluates RFP requests and prepares summary analytics or financial models as needed.
• Leverage business intelligence tools to automate reports and processes and develops visual dashboards and presentations to communicate analysis results to senior leadership.
• Play a critical role in supporting key finance deliverables for the organization including the annual budget and quarterly forecast process. Works closely with business partners to understand and articulate performance drivers to financial leadership team.
• Prepares schedules to support month-end close variance analysis including revenue, standard margin and commissions. Analyze current and past trends to provide insight into potential risks and opportunities. Prepare analysis for journal entries and performs reconciliations as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support commercial objectives. Drive simplification and automation of existing finance and business processes.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• One (1) - Two (2) years financial planning and analysis, Product Costing and Financial Reporting
• CMA, MBA, CPA Preferred

These would be nice too (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):

• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook, Microsoft Suite and Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Computer Skills: Build analytical tools in Excel using VBA preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, implement and monitor tasks and assignments effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
• Time Management: Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls while maintaining a sense of focus and urgency.
• Attention to Detail: Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery
