This position will report directly to the Associate Manager, Finance with primary responsibility in producing analysis and reporting for multiple levels of management surround the business financials, critical metrics and operational KPIs. The position offers broad opportunities to grow and expand with the finance organization and the candidate can expect to be given ad hoc responsibilities accordingly.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain accurate financial records within the planning system in real time and as part of the monthly close cycle
- Generate monthly and ad hoc plan reporting
- Provide basic analysis of report data with complexity expected to increase over time
- Support corporate business units in resource planning and analysis
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and rolling quarterly forecasts
- Recognize significant deviations from plan and identify root causes
- Calculate and track performance metrics/KPIs to measure organizational success
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related areas
- 0-3 years of experience
- Possess strong analytical, statistical, or mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office with high-level/expert Excel ability
- Experience with Adaptive Planning a plus
- Strong internal drive and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities both as assigned and as proactively identified by the candidate
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and able to work well with a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment while managing multiple projects at the same time
