FLASH is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst who would possess the analytical skills and strategic thinking to help drive our business forward. This is an exciting role that provides finance support to business partners as well as offering scope for leadership of individual analytical projects. You will research and analyze financial information as well as assist in planning thereby enabling management to make well informed decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with business partners to manage budgets and forecasts including headcount management
• Determine, track and improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending improvements
• Increases productivity by developing automated processes; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements
• Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations
• Perform what-if analysis as well as analyze the financial impact of changes in the business and new business opportunities

What You Have:

• 2-5 years of FP&A experience
• BS in Finance or Accounting
• Previous experience with Adaptive Insights or other financial planning software preferred
• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Financial modeling experience
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
• Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
