What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with business partners to manage budgets and forecasts including headcount management
• Determine, track and improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending improvements
• Increases productivity by developing automated processes; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements
• Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations
• Perform what-if analysis as well as analyze the financial impact of changes in the business and new business opportunities

What You Have:

• 2-5 years of FP&A experience
• BS in Finance or Accounting
• Previous experience with Adaptive Insights or other financial planning software preferred
• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Financial modeling experience
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
• Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
