Now hiring for a Financial Analyst!

As a member of the finance team we're looking for someone who has experience building P&L statements and can dig into specific data, present and provide data to upper level management, and is proficient in accounting principals.

Day to day functions:

• Analyze organizational performance metrics to identify emerging issues and opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis including financial modeling, profitability analysis, ROI and impact to bottom line.
• Oversee strategic initiatives and lead change projects throughout the organization.
• Perform various analytical functions, including analyzing proposed introduction of new programs, potential acquisitions/dispositions, capital budgeting, competitive analysis, etc. and provide actionable insight.
• Assist in preparing quarterly board package, lender, and internal management reporting packages
• Develop an understanding of all competitive advantages and weaknesses of the organization and identify additional opportunities and threats through examination of competitors.

Skills Needed to Perform the Job:

• Advanced Excel knowledge and some proficiency in SQL
• Knowledge of PowerPivot, Power BI, DAX, R, Python a strong plus.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and communication skills - both face-to-face and remote
• Experience with business intelligence concepts and accounting software highly desirable.

Education and experience needed:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in related field required
• Professional licenses in related field highly desirable.
• Orion Industry Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
