Job Description
Responsibilities :
An integral part of the finance team, reporting into the Finance Manager, Enterprise Applications. The Financial Analyst helps manage Enterprise Applications financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Operating/Capital Expense on a gross and net basis. They also help coordinate and report on broader financial performance, including Capital reporting, FP&A consolidation, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Consolidate and report actuals, quarterly estimates, strategic and operating plans (LRP and Budget), and related variances for their budgets.
- Coordinate the quarterly closes for the Finance Managers, including helping to process recurring journal entries and helping to manage the actuals vs. budget reconciliation.
- Perform standard and special analyses that provide insightful views into the operations and financial performance, as well as a point of contact for resolution of financial questions with our operating and FP&A partners.
- Consolidate and report Headcount and Capital performance across the Tech Ops/Engineering organization.
- Create ad-hoc financial reports and models to support evolving business needs.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite products - particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Desired Qualifications
• Solid finance and accounting skills, excellent analytical abilities, outstanding process improvement capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to adhere to tight deadlines.• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles: accruals, amortization of pre-paid expenses, capitalization of fixed assets• Experience working with Hyperion (Essbase) & SAP.• A commitment to see things through from beginning to end, especially as it relates to problem resolution.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.• Are open to suggestions, collaborative, and thrive in team environments
