We are searching for a Financial Analyst to join our team.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting and documenting moderate to complex financial analysis projects for the Asset Management business unit. This role is responsible for analyzing the cost effectiveness of business unit products, services and fees charged. Additionally, this role makes recommendations for changes based on profitability and the competitive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops strong relationships and closely coordinates with Business Unit and Corporate Financial Management partners.
  • Assists with Business Unit Financial Reporting & Analysis, Competitive Benchmarking, Forecasting, Budgeting, Profitability Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Special Projects.
  • Assists with development of business unit's budget and profitability analysis.
  • Assists in coordination of Sarbanes-Oxley sign-off for Business Unit.
  • Assists in the preparation of various financial reports, providing data analysis and justification for management decisions
  • Participates in special projects, including planning, organizing, and directing activities towards project goal completion, including management reporting

Required Experience and Education:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, accounting, audit or related roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, though others will be considered.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Present and communicate findings and recommendations in a structured, clear and concise way.
  • Requires good oral and written communication skills
