Responsibilities & Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for the executive leadership team and investors providing insights on business performance and variance analysis
- Prepare and maintain weekly cash forecast collaborating with Accounting and FP&A leadership on inputs and variance explanations
- Assist and collaborate on enterprise-wide corporate financial modeling including but not limited, recurring revenue model, services capacity model, net retention and ARR bridge model, CAC and LTV analysis
- Assist in implementing and refining our Workday Adaptive financial planning and analysis tool
- Work collaboratively with a diverse group of peer Financial Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts to drive business initiatives and team priorities
- Recommend process improvement and policy enhancements to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to learn and grow a career at the second largest and fastest growing social good software company in the world
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years related work experience; SaaS experience preferred
- Requires knowledge of corporate finance terms and concepts, as well as accounting principles
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical skills, proactive results-oriented work ethic, and adaptable to change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous communication to internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Experience with Adaptive or another comparable planning tool
- Experience with Intacct or another comparable accounting system
- Desire to work in a social good company a plus
