This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis, IN for a Financial Analyst - Treasury

Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating cash flow and balance sheet budgets, forecasts and actuals and analyzing variances. You will also prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports provided to Senior management, other members of the organization, auditors and the Board of Directors. Using your expertise you will develop and implement enhancements including systematic for all cash flow and balance sheet activities.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex financial data in order to complete, accurate, and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to senior management, other members of the organization, auditors and the Board of Directors.
• Perform monthly financial close tasks to ensure accurate cash balances
• Prepare detailed annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts and determine financial status by comparing and analyzing results and variances; identifying trends and recommending actions
• Increase reporting accuracy and productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplications and acquiring information requirements
• Develop and present financial data to other members of the organization
• Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time restraints

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, required
• 3 years' experience in an Accounting or Finance role
• Highly proficient personal computer skills, Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel) and technology driven
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical abilities on complex topics
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time restraints
