Zions Bancorporation has an opening for a Financial Analyst to join the Bank Accounting and Reporting department.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Assist with interpretation of regulatory requirements and development of data solutions
• Assist with the maintenance of database systems used for regulatory reporting
• Maintain validations on SQL databases for regulatory reporting
• Assist the team with preparation of FFIEC 041 Call Report form
• Develop Hyperion reports as needed for department activities and Bank analysis
• Partners with multiple business units to develop solutions for data processes and requirements
• Assure regulatory documentation is well-kept and followed
• Support process improvement projects involving automation
• Assist with external audit requests for Bank consolidated group
• Provide support for regulatory agency audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting
• 6+ years of experience in financial or accounting
• Ability to work in a heavy deadline-oriented environment
• Experience with SQL is preferred
• Experience with banking regulatory report preparation is a plus
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus
• Experience with Hyperior is a plus
• Good organization skills
• Inherent ability to analyze
• Strong Microsoft skills
