Financial Analyst, Lead

That's why we need you, an experienced financial analyst who can lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analysis in support of Booz Allen's evolving Enterprise Strategic Capability and Delivery Hub enterprise organizations.
As a leader within Corporate FP&A, you will have broad responsibility for working directly with senior- and executive-level clients to develop fiscal year plans and operational budgets and track performance throughout the year. You will be a trusted advisor to identify financial risks and opportunities, providing advice and recommendations to mitigate cost impacts. You will champion financial processes, tools, and best practices and guide clients through routine processes, adhering to the published cadence for budget and forecast updates, quarterly accruals, and fiscal year cut-over activities. As a visionary, you will continually drive process and technology improvement to achieve more efficient and effective financial oversight. And as a manager, you will lead a team experienced finance and budget analysts, providing career guidance and developing functional proficiency. Due to the nature of work performed in the facility for this position, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience performing financial analysis and modeling
- 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and improving financial reports for senior-level management or clients
- 3+ years of experience reporting and presenting financial and business operations results to executive-level management or clients
- 3+ years of experience in the government contracting industry, with familiarity of federal cost accounting standards
- Experience with Excel, including the extensive use of formulas to build financial reports and models
- Experience as a career manager responsible for hiring, training, retaining, and growing teams of two or more employees
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools, including Hyperion, Workday, and Essbase
- Knowledge of service delivery models and associated financial structures, measures, and metrics
- Ablity to establish credibility with home team leadership while building excellent working relationships
- Possession of excellent presentation and analytical skills
