About the team
This position reports to a Sr. Finance Director. This finance team is supporting our Banking International business - Europe & APMEA regions.
What you will be doing
- Lead development of the monthly forecast deck. Tell the story behind the numbers with key drivers.
- Own & lead the monthly forecasting deliverables - risk schedule (ID by deal/UID), key dependency tracker, Risk/Risk covered, Control Book - revenue growth drivers & losses/compression, TBH schedule, & Rev/EBITDA budget bridges
- Support India forecasting & budgeting process - Vendor POs/CIO interlock and penalties process.
- Manage & expand key financial reporting package (Revenue - RUC/risk/Rev Type/Risk Covered/Opex/EBITDA) to drive business intelligence & insights.
- Lead Cost Actions process for the Banking L6. Consolidation and reporting. Drive resolution of Accelerate Next asks and open items.
- Functional lead for OPEX tagging process for actuals - match actuals at the forecast initiative level to allow forecasting at the initiative level by region
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Two plus year of experience
- Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles as well as company accounting policies, procedures and standards
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
- Analytical and statistical examination skills
- Ability to understand and apply learned concepts
- Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met
- Ability to create spreadsheets and demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
