Financial Analyst II (Remote)
Responsibilities
Join RIS on the Workplace Savings and Retirement Solutions Pricing team as a Financial Analyst II! In this role you will be responsible for assisting with product pricing, profitability reporting, re-pricing products, investment disclosures and more!
We are looking for someone who thrives on solving unique problems with advanced analytical skills and enjoys working with several internal partners and tools. You may serve as an expert for internal and external contacts.
- Leverage large amounts of data to prepare and communicate a variety of financial reports to other teams and senior leadership
- Build, maintain, and communicate profitability studies for existing clients
- Update and create pricing models and experience studies
- Analyze and review financial information.
- Work towards self-development by expanding knowledge of department, line of business, and industry.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required
- 1+ year related work experience
- Experience with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel (familiarity with formulas, functions, pivot tables)
- Experience with SAS, PowerBI, SQL, or a strong desire to learn

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$49300 - $114000 / year
