Our Financial Analyst will provide business unit level operational support. You'll work directly with Delivery Directors, Program Managers, Contracts and Growth to provide support in budgeting, forecasting, subcontractor planning, proposal pricing and monthly invoicing. Experience analyzing P&L reports, resource management and familiarity with ERP systems (Unanet) preferred. Our Analyst should be comfortable working in an agile environment communicating with multiple stakeholders on both T&M and FFP contract vehicles. 

Requirements

  • Our Federal contracts require that you be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for employment.
  • All work must be conducted within the U.S.
  • As a contractor to the federal government, all hires may be required to complete additional background screenings at the time of hire or any time thereafter as requested.

 What You'll Do

  • Lead analysis and reporting for the Finance team and coordinating with project teams for reporting capture by updating databases, creating reports, and analyzing data for program management and company leadership;
  • Support monthly financial reporting cycle, including actuals reporting and analysis, invoicing, forecasting, and financial close meetings with leadership;
  • Identify new ways to add value and proactively take on new tasks to help the Finance Director increase organizational efficiency;
  • Support with proposal pricing, development and research as needed;
  • Reconcile transitions by comparing and correcting data;
  • Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope;

What You’ll Bring

  • A BS in Finance or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with and communicating to a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience with invoicing and using an ERP system.
  • Experience analyzing P&L reports, and resource management preferred.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility. The range of starting pay for this role is $56,820 - $86,780 and information on benefits offered is here.
