Reporting to the Assistant Director, Practice Management Execution, the Financial Advisor, Practice Management Consultant; creates and delivers the experiences, content, processes, and metrics that support advisor practices though Succession and Continuity planning and Ensemble teaming consulting and support. Provide 1x1 consultations with advisors to design and execute succession/continuity plans. Assist advisors with the execution of Ensemble teaming agreements and documentation for Strategic Groups or Succession Affiliates. Designs and delivers improvements of processes, systems, policies, communications, and enabling technology. Develops and delivers learning content, virtual learning, scripting and revisions to best practices, and facilitation of workshops and other learning venues. Works across the enterprise to ensure effective implementation of distribution strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, training, consulting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in talent learning and development or consulting, with a demonstrated record of collaborative problem solving, learning needs assessment, and training content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the content, process and dynamics of collaboration.
- Proven ability to be responsive to changing business needs, manage and prioritize concurrent assignments, and handle ambiguity.
- Strong written and oral communications skills with demonstrated ability to communicate technical information and concepts to clients with tact and diplomacy; strong facilitation skills preferred.
- Applies Agile/Lean principles to promote efficiency and flexibility
- Ability to write professional program and presentation content, brochures and documentation
- Understands print, video, interactive, and eLearning development processes.
- Devises processes for tracking and measuring data and information so that program usage and results can be tracked for measurement and process improvement purposes
- Demonstrated ability to turn concept into a field deliverable. Proven experience in creating and delivering compelling messaging, packaging and communication of presentations/programs.
- Experience must demonstrate comfort in dealing with ambiguity and ability to change direction on the fly.
- Must be able to influence change at times without management authority by influencing others to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
