About Our Senior Manager, Finance: Operations and Transformation:
The Finance Transformation & Operations role will guide finance and operations programs. As Crunchyroll grows to serve our fans across new lines of business and new regions, you will partner with core departments to define the finance vision, enhance applications, and improve our processes.
We are looking for someone who can first blueprint a long-term plan and then carry it through implementation.
- Create finance and accounting specific go-to-market plans for launching new lines of business and new territories
- Mapping and assessing state of teams and processes, searching for inefficiencies and looking for solutions
- Work directly with important partners from Analysts up to CFO to understand causes of financial operational problems
- Develop and recommend solutions that improve efficiency
- Build presentations and action plans in partnership with team members leading projects to achieve visible results
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to give feedback on technical solutions and support end-to-end solution delivery
- Present findings to senior management, making recommendations based on analysis and trends
- Support Corporate Strategy in special projects when evaluating new business launches, including the preparation of materials, building financial models, and distilling insights and possible effects
In the role of Senior Business Operations Manager you will report to the Corporate Strategy Senior Director.
About You
You will apply your business, financial, and operational expertise, engage with senior executives, and help shape the Finance organization's strategic direction across a portfolio of transformation projects and new launch programs. You are an analytical who excels when solving ambiguous problems.
- 12+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial planning, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development / corporate strategy
- Experience in project management, improving business processes, or implementing applications financial in nature
- In-depth understanding of US and Global Financials Operations
- Knowledge around financial processes
- B.S. / B.A. required

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
