About the Role
Highspot’s rapidly growing, Finance team is looking to add a Finance Systems Manager to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-funded company in hyper-growth mode. As a critical member of the finance team, you will work cross-functionally to drive success in a high-energy, rapidly growing company. You’re able to roll up your sleeves and do the hard work to gain an understanding of the business to drive growth while enabling those around you to succeed. This is a hands-on position assisting with the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures that allow Highspot to continue to rapidly scale.

What You'll Do

  • The Finance Systems Manager shall partner with the finance and Enterprise Systems teams to scale and drive the efficiency of our financial planning platform, Adaptive Insights. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Own the development and administration of Adaptive Insights to scale our architecture and processes as we grow.
  • Partner closely with our Enterprise Systems team to ensure consistency of data between our various enterprise applications (including Workday, Adaptive Insights, Netsuite, and Salesforce)
  • Establish financial planning technology roadmap and plan for system integration
  • Collaborate with FP&A team to streamline the forecasting process, build reporting packages for senior leadership and investors, and establish best practices for our Adaptive architecture as we scale

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience working in FP&A, with specific experience working on financial systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another quantitative field
  • Significant experience with building financial planning tools for international companies, with specific background in Adaptive Insights being a plus
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Deep knowledge of financial concepts and statements
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with other teams across the company
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems (Netsuite, Oracle, Intacct) is a plus
  • Experience building complex financial models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the company
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities
  • Understand best practices with regards to data flow and driving data accuracy between systems
