About the Role

Highspot’s rapidly growing, Finance team is looking to add a Finance Systems Manager to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-funded company in hyper-growth mode. This is a hands-on position assisting with the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures that allow Highspot to continue to rapidly scale.

What You'll Do

  • The Finance Systems Manager shall partner with the finance and Enterprise Systems teams to scale and drive the efficiency of our financial planning platform, Adaptive Insights. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Own the development and administration of Adaptive Insights to scale our architecture and processes as we grow.
  • Partner closely with our Enterprise Systems team to ensure consistency of data between our various enterprise applications (including Workday, Adaptive Insights, Netsuite, and Salesforce)
  • Establish financial planning technology roadmap and plan for system integration
  • Collaborate with FP&A team to streamline the forecasting process, build reporting packages for senior leadership and investors, and establish best practices for our Adaptive architecture as we scale

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience working in FP&A, with specific experience working on financial systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another quantitative field
  • Significant experience with building financial planning tools for international companies, with specific background in Adaptive Insights being a plus
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Deep knowledge of financial concepts and statements
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with other teams across the company
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems (Netsuite, Oracle, Intacct) is a plus
  • Experience building complex financial models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the company
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities
  • Understand best practices with regards to data flow and driving data accuracy between systems
