ABOUT THE ROLE 

Teikametrics is looking for a Finance Specialist to join our incredible growing global Finance team. As a part of the team, you’ll work closely with some of the most amazing talent in the tech industry, partnering with our finance, people, operations, engineering, development and product teams, and collaborating closely with other key stakeholders across the organization. You’ll be contributing to the exciting growth and scale of Teikametrics, including helping shape our operations, community and culture of hard working, empathetic and incredibly fun and talented team members. The Finance Specialist will report to the Accounting Manager (US) and work closely with the other members of the Finance team. You will be part of the team that supports the rapid growth of the Company. This will require someone who is detail oriented, self-motivated and organized.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Develop and own the billing and collections process as well as associated reporting and analysis 
• Generates all Invoices and resolves customer invoicing and payment concerns as needed
• Assist with internal case requests on billing & customer inquiries
• Bulk upload & Code Stripe Transactions
• Assist maintaining DSP Balances ledger
• Assists in month end close processes, the financial statement audit, and the quarterly tax reporting
• Participates as needed in special projects for the Finance department 

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prior finance and/or accounting experience
• Advanced skills with G-Suite/Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Slides)
• Customer service and advanced problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills; both verbal and written 
• Ability and willingness to work both independently and with the team
