The Operations Finance teams help to drive success by providing our business partners and key stakeholders with the operational support, insights and direction essential to growing the business. We're responsible for driving the financial forecast process and providing senior leaders with reporting and analysis on key metrics.

Your Day:
This is a Finance Manager role in Consumer Finance supporting the commerce business as well as brands including TechCrunch, Engadget and Autoblog. We will teach you the ins and outs of working in a tech company while you help us achieve our big goals. You will work closely with all management levels to help grow our business. You will work on projects to improve and simplify processes.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Revenue and P&L forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis for the business
- Create reports and analysis to evaluate business and financial trends, including identifying variances and key metrics
- Conduct frequent reviews with business stakeholders (Product, Yield, Sales) to understand relevant business trends and incorporate changes into the financial forecast.
- Work on operational initiatives spanning revenue, cost, product and process
You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 5+ years experience in a financial revenue support function. Digital Advertising experience is a plus.
- Excel expert (lookups, pivots, complex functions/formulas). Competent in creating, updating, and managing complex financial models while creating visual graphs/data to tell a cohesive story
- Passion for technology, media, and drive for continuous improvement
