About the Role and Your Impact

As Finance Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing the financial model and the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting of the company. You will create new models and translate raw, financial data into actionable insights as our business grows and evolves. You have the ability to tell a story from a financial perspective and are comfortable communicating that information to a wide range of stakeholders. You will mature our FP&A process, drive new insights about our business, and streamline the budget variance reporting for the entire company.

What You’ll Do

  • Create complex financial models to improve forecasts, annual budgets, and deal analysis
  • Translate raw, financial data into actionable insights
  • Ability to tell a story from financial data including use of visualizations
  • Work on monthly FP&A duties including forecasts, month-end close, budgeting, and variance reporting
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses as needed to drive business insights
  • Partner with the Growth & Revenue, Sales, and Partnerships teams to provide profitability analysis for customers

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of overall experience-- preferably in finance, accounting experience, or business development
  • 4+ year(s) of financial planning, deal analysis, and/or strategic finance experience
  • Startup experience preferred; exposure to supporting VC or PE backed orgs a plus
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel & Google Suite
  • Ability to build financial models from scratch
  • Experience with financial statements, GAAP accounting, and NetSuite (or other ERP software)
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and establish strong relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proactive approach to financial analysis in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
