  • Work with a cross functional team to help enhance & create KPIs and reporting packages using both financial and operational based metrics

  • Assist in developing SaaS business metrics that help drive business success

  • Work with existing processes and systems, recommending and implementing changes to support SaaS KPIs and reporting

  • Manage and refine the company financial model, forecasting bookings, revenue, expenses, and cash burn, incorporating current forecasts and results

  • Perform variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets for our business

  • Provide information to various management teams by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations

  • Assist with in-depth analysis including pipeline, customer base, new bookings, upgrades, product utilization, and churn

  • Drive planning, analysis, coordination, and consolidation of the annual corporate budget

  • Calculate, analyze and communicate sales commissions and associated metrics

  • Prepare board presentations for the sales and finance teams

  • Other duties and ad hoc analysis as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting (or addition applicable experience in lieu of)

  • 6+ years in an FP&A role (experience at a SaaS/software company a plus)

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, sumif, pivot, Macros)

  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving & organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment

  • Maturity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidential information

  • Desire to work in a startup environment 

  • Independent and entrepreneurial, able to work with light direction

  • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
