Join a team of Financial Planning & Analysis to support finance decisions with SME organization within PMT to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality, and cost efficiency. You will play a part in supporting SME's Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes, as well as providing headcount reporting. You will also develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. You will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning or Accounting, Digital transformation • 1+ years experience with Digital transformation

• Some relevant experience in similar positions.• Master's degree in Finance.• Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.• Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.• Ability to work with cross functional teams.• Supply chain Finance experience• Knowledge of US GAAP and Internal controls.• Good oral and written communication.
