How you'll drive impact!
In this highly visible position, you will play a key leadership role in scaling our financial infrastructure to lead planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics across our Global IT, Digital Commerce and Corporate Strategy & Development Teams, while developing and coaching a team of financial analysts. As an influential member of our Finance community, you will also strategically partner with our global, functional leaders to optimize and lead our core financial processes (Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Strategic Plans (STRAP)).
The ideal candidate is a high potential, natural relationship builder and problem solver with a keen eye for process efficiency and optimization, as consistently demonstrated through a minimum of 10 years+ of progressive finance/accounting experience.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Reporting and reviewing monthly operating expense spending and capital spending, and identify the contributing factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast.
- Ownership of the Global IT Appropriations Request (AR) workflow.
- Oversight of all finance activities, including coordination with Accounting counterparts to drive P&L accuracy and control.
- Consolidation of all Global, Functional and Divisional business financials and subsequent reporting packages.
- Elevation of meaningful insights and related actions in support of Global IT expense optimization.
- Preparation and modeling of business cases/financial justifications for investment projects to ensure appropriate resource prioritization and returns.
- Provision of strategic advisory support to Global, Functional and Divisional business partners.
- Ideation and implementation of continuous improvement activities.
- Coaching and development of junior team members.

- Financial Domain: Proficiency in the following areas: financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, process controls, and accounting knowledge specifically related to capitalization of software activities.
- Process Acuity: Ability to own and lead key financial processes in areas of ownership, including the AOP, long-range strategic forecasting (STRAP), month-end and quarter closes, recurring management reporting, etc.
- Flexibility: Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams from different areas and drive continuous operational improvement in daily activities.
- Influence: Ability to understand and translate business challenges and requirements into astute financial solutions while attaining consensus to support innovative ideas with the leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of proven success in a Finance or Accounting role.
