Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager. In this individual contributor role, you'll report to the Director, FP&A (Product Development and Manufacturing Solutions) and EMS (Entertainment & Media Solutions), and partner closely with multiple leaders of Product Development and Manufacturing Solutions to meet their strategic financial objectives. In addition, you'll perform consolidation and communicate the PDMS story to internal finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering. You will be embedded with the PDMS product teams, partnering closely with individuals at all levels, providing financial advice and analyses. You will forecast all components of spend for the business units (e.g. Headcount, OPEX, CAPEX, and COGS) and prepare variance analyses
  • Process and Model Improvement. Just because a process or model exists, doesn't mean it's the best way to meet the need. Learn our processes and models, learn how what we do impacts other groups, and help make recommendations for simplification as well as share new ways to solve our problems
  • Ad-hoc projects and analyses. Every role has its core responsibilities and the opportunity for more when ready. For example, you could support ad-hoc projects requiring cross-company collaboration to achieve the desired outcomes, you might join the FP&A employee engagement team, or you may analyze top-line KPIs to help tell the story of a product's performance



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA a plus
  • Minimum 7+ years of related finance experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using planning and reporting software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, SAP, PowerBI) is a plus
