The finance team is responsible for maintaining the accounting and disbursement side of the business, meaning ensuring our internal accounting practices are above average, and that the funding via our processors is handled in a timely and accurate way for all our clients. 

This role is a part-time role with the opportunity to become full-time in the future.


  • Manage all disputes and chargebacks, ensuring appropriate documentation is gathered and submitted, and subsequent analysis is provided to the business on performance. 
  • Provide reconciliation on a daily basis for the settlement of funds processed on behalf of our clients. Ensure the cash associated with the settled funds is accurate, investigate and escalate discrepancies when necessary. 
  • Provide project management and delivery of appropriate licensing in all states where we do business, and work with senior leadership to ensure any issues are resolved quickly. 
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation, often working with Product and Engineering teams. 
  • Provide efficient, accurate, and personalized communication to clients through email.
  • Empathize with every aspect of the client experience, leading initiatives to continuously improve how, why, and when clients receive support.
  • Identify and surface client trends and process improvements by collaborating with teams across PayIt.

Skills Required

  • A proactive, logical, and collaborative approach to solving complex problems.
  • Deep analytical skill set coupled with demonstrated high emotional quotient.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to influence clients while managing complex project lifecycles.
  • Experience working hands-on with management of large, complex strategic projects.
