RSM is looking for a Manager for our Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) practice within our Private Client Services (PCS) practice, a high-growth segment of our tax practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a regional public accounting firm in a hybrid audit-tax-bookkeeping role, or in-house corporate accounting experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing shared services practice focused on serving complex clients with foreign direct investments (FDI).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple engagements and engagement teams in a shared services model, which may include co-sourcing and outsourcing accounting & finance engagements
• Manage the assessment, implementation and onboarding of new clients
• Coach and mentor junior-level staff
• Assist in prospective client proposals and other business development support

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license in one's principal place of business/home state, licensed J.D. or enrolled agent
• 5+ year of public accounting or a corporate accounting experience, including financial statement preparation, general ledger work, adjusting journal entries, payroll reports and/or tax return preparation
• Strong accounting technology skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on a team
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• International accounting experience a plus
• Prior experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com and/or Expensify required
