Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP) Finance Manager
Location(s): DC, Knoxville, Atlanta, Burbank
Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the functional specifications and maintenance of inbound (ex. S4, Group Reporting) and outbound (ex. CXO) integrations
- Update and maintain EAP hierarchies (standard and custom) to support company-wide reporting
- Schedule and monitor data refreshes for actuals, plan and forecast data
- Apply SAP S4 Central Finance mapping tables to transform old coding block to new coding block for plan and forecast data
- Run EAP data jobs to support Finance processes (ex. forecast versioning, constant currency calculations, data restatements)
- Reconcile disparate data from multiple systems
- Establish data governance rules and processes to ensure data quality
- Evaluate data usage and optimize platform's performance
- Understand EAP echo system and assess (upstream, downstream) impact of changes
- Create and maintain security profiles and comply with SOX access certification requests
- Liaison with various Finance (Accounting, FP&A COE, Group FP&A) and Technical (BW, SAP) teams to promote EAP adoption and showcase the platform's capabilities and functionalities
- Serve as primary contact for EAP questions, record issues and resolutions, and document and prioritize business requests
- Develop standardized Analysis for Office (AO) reports and queries for finance community usage
- Create training material and deliver AO training to end-users
- Participate in EAP's full development lifecycle
- Create and maintain project plans for upgrades and enhancements to the platform
- Perform unit and regression testing for platform changes and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Integrate new source systems seamlessly into existing technical stack
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- High level understanding of IT systems and controls, project management, system implementations, and system integration experience
- Ability to work with large volumes of data via Access/Excel using pivot tables, macros, vLookups, conditional statements, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Client/customer service oriented and can interact with a diverse and dispersed global business group
- Capable of balancing technical skills with business understanding to transform user needs to functional requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to break down large, complex problems while developing clear step by step solutions
- Proactive, self-starter that can work independently and as a team player
- Strong organization skills, detail oriented, deadline driven, multi-tasker, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, reporting, accounting and/or related field with a system focus
- Previous system administrative experience
- Hands-on involvement with analytics/reporting platforms
It's a plus if you have:
- SAP business warehouse experience
- AO experience
