About the team
Enterprise Sales & Service's eChannel Business Segment is an integrated B2B e-Commerce and technology fulfillment platform designed for financial institutions to streamline and accelerate check image scanner procurement.
What you will be doing
You are responsible for all eChannel segment client invoicing, including tax exempt and special project client activity. You manage invoice disputes as well as the credit and adjustment processing for both clients and vendors. You work with our offshore team to generate monthly reports as well as develop revenue/expense accrual generation. You assist the Operations Specialist with Inventory and Procurement Administrative Tasks.

• Ensure the timely and accurate monthly invoicing of our clients in support of their technology product procurement activity.
• Manage the purchasing of product to maintain adequate inventory within our fulfilment operation.
• Audit, Track and Process Vendor Invoices for Management Approval
• Work with the Team to develop monthly Revenue and Expense Accruals for Finance.

• Strong Microsoft Office Application Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Attention to Detail and Solid Time Management/Organizational Skills
• Experience collaborating with Vendors, other Teams and Team Members to accomplish objectives
• Focus on Client Service Delivery Excellence.

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience working in a Client Billing Operation, Procurement or Finance Organization
