The Role:

We're looking for a Director of Revenue Support who will make it their mission to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Revenue Support team. This team partners with our Strategic Account team to drive success with Fortune 500 accounts. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Enablement and Operations, this is a newly created role that will have a substantial impact on the future of DailyPay's success.  You will manage a growing team and optimize processes and strategy. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative player/coach experienced with designing and delivering highly effective programs with a focus on improving sales effectiveness, productivity, and overall revenue results.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead the revenue support function
  • Manage a team of representatives that support DailyPay’s largest sales opportunities, including Fortune 500 companies
  • Support the rest of the sales and customer success organization via our FAQ Sales Support Ticketing System ensuring that all questions are answered in a timely manner
  • Refine current process and strategy for team and assign representatives to deal support and tickets to create the highest efficiency across the team
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the Revenue Enablement & Operations department to share trends and best practices

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 5+ years experience supporting a sales organization in a high-growth SaaS environment, or 10+ years proven ability in build strategic departments.
  • Experience leading both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience with managing strategic projects as an individual contributor and through a team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
  • You are driven, motivated by deadlines and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, experience in change management a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation & facilitation skills and the ability to communicate in both large and small group settings.
  • Detail oriented and dynamic personality - you'll need to keep the audience's attention and build relationships with them.
  • You are a strategic problem solver, taking initiative and thinking about the bigger picture.
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required.
