About the role

Screencastify pioneered widespread video creation when it was first launched 8 years ago. Since then, video has become an integral part of our everyday lives. Despite how much our world has changed, we’re still only at the beginning of our journey.

Today, Screencastify is in hyper-growth mode. This role is critical to the success of Screencastify over the next 18 months and beyond.

What you'll do

  • Direct and manage the Revenue Operations team
  • Create and optimize infrastructure and processes in Salesforce and across the current marketing and sales tech stack to build a scalable, repeatable, data driven machine to support sales, success, and marketing.
  • Analyze data to inform sales targets, quotas, incentives, geos, verticals and commission structures
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales, marketing, success, and finance organizations
  • Manage strategic projects with key stakeholders to create efficiencies and automation across functions.

You're perfect for this role if you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in revenue and/or sales operations
  • Proven track record of building infrastructure for high-performing SaaS revenue teams
  • Strong leadership and program management skills to lead organizational change to effectively prioritize projects and meet strategic and tactical goals
  • Expertise managing Salesforce, Chargebee, Asana, Marketo and/or equivalent tools
  • You are, results-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You are empathetic, hardworking, and kind
