ROLE MISSION
This is a highly strategic role that will help our revenue organization understand and improve key drivers of predictable growth. As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will partner with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and support teams to determine strategy, implement performance metrics, and execute on programs to drive revenue growth at 15Five.
OUTCOMES
- Strategically partner with the revenue organization
- Work with revenue organization leadership to plan go-to-market strategies
- Partner with the revenue organization in the annual/quarterly planning process and work with Finance to incorporate learnings into our financial model
- Develop a framework for in-depth analyses on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators to support strategic initiatives to drive growth
- Lead demand generation modeling, capacity planning, ad-hoc analytics, and produce internal quarterly business reviews
- Provide recommendations to executive and revenue organization leadership on programs to drive revenue growth
- Own reporting and analysis for revenue teams
- Develop reporting and analysis ensure our revenue teams are hitting their performance targets, and incorporate early detection mechanisms to ensure timely actions are taken
- Develop and provide automated reporting to go-to-market leadership around key metrics
- Perform analysis on the health of our funnel and provide recommendations for improvement
- Build reporting around sales metrics. Create real-time dashboards that a sales leader can easily follow. Be able to work with a technical team to identify customer needs and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards
- Monitor revenue performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Drive operational alignment across the revenue organization
- Oversee administration of our CRM infrastructure and drive operational alignment across the revenue organization
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and other revenue teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

- Ability to create compelling presentations, leading stakeholders through data while providing actionable recommendations
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level
- Ability to drive efficiency of business systems and processes while communicating and working collaboratively with technical and non-technical business functions to overcome roadblocks
- Comfortable in a high growth start-up environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, preferably in high growth B2B SaaS industry
- Experience working in the areas of go-to-market strategy, revenue planning and process optimization
- A proven track record of solving complex problems, driving initiatives cross-functionally, and the ability to explain complex concepts to audiences in a simplistic way
- Expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrated applications
