Now part of the Onit family (www.onit.com) and headquartered in New York City, we’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations who is inspired by what we’re doing and eager to join us at this exciting stage in our growth. In this role, you will partner with the sales, marketing and customer success teams to support and drive growth by providing insight, reducing friction, and managing & optimizing our revenue tools and systems. You will enable our revenue teams to be innovative and self-sufficient. Our ideal candidate will have a history of success in a sales-first and data-driven organization, and be motivated to advance their career in a fast-paced, innovative and rapidly growing company.

Overall, your role will involve:

  • Management and growth of our sales and marketing tools including: Salesforce, Salesloft, GONG, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Marketo and others as we add new technologies to our stack.
  • Building, improving and implementing processes to ensure seamless flow of leads, opportunities and feedback across the revenue cycle.
  • Owning the measurement and reporting of all key metrics for the revenue teams and company leadership.
  • Providing data-driven insights to improve performance and drive growth.
  • Supporting the creation of best practices and enablement programs.
  • Partnering with sales, marketing and customer support teams to address their needs and create and implement solutions to drive and retain revenue.

What You Offer Bodhala:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Strong working knowledge of the tools we use (or similar) to run the business and the ability to quickly learn and optimize new technologies.
  • You have very strong salesforce reporting and dashboarding and workflow skills.
  • You are extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experienced working with sales and marketing teams with a growth mindset.
  • You can analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • You’re a trusted advisor who can build strong relationships with your colleagues across our family of companies.
  • You have a natural intellectual curiosity, a willingness to try new things and a personal commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • You’re adaptable and accountable. You understand that growth - stage companies are constantly evolving and you always do what you say you’re going to do.
