About the Role


Groove is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own the business systems and insights that are driving the company’s exponential growth. This position will be the company’s first revenue operations hire and will serve as the central nexus of business operations across all go-to-market functions, helping ensure all teams are operating in alignment at max capacity. As the Revenue Operations leader at a company empowering Revenue Operations leaders, you will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GTM department heads on cross-functional growth strategies 
  • Create processes to drive efficiencies across the sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Own demand funnel, rep capacity and sales/marketing/CS ROI reporting
  • Surface insights and business analytics and data across all GTM functions
  • Continuously review pipeline to ensure every team member is operating at peak capacity
  • Identify efficiency bottlenecks and work with leadership and enablement to unblock growth
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and other key business systems related to revenue generation, from intent data to invoicing
  • Own territories, account assignments, lead to account mapping and Salesforce data hygiene

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years working in revenue operations, sales operations and/or marketing operations for a high growth SaaS company
  • A passion for building business systems that fuel efficient, industry-leading ARR growth
  • Outstanding analytical and communications skills
  • BS degree in business, economics, or related field
